Hello. My name is Elizabeth Shanley. I am a real estate photographer in Phoenix, Arizona. I decided to turn a long time love of photography into a career. I enjoy photographing beautiful homes and sunsets here in Arizona. When it comes to photography, I love continuously learning new things and trying new things.

Payment due prior to placing on MLS
We deliver five preview images and payment will be required to receive the remainder of the images. Lighthouse Imagery LLC and Elizabeth Shanley own full copyright to all images until bill is paid in full total amount received on your billing invoice.This agreement is between myself, the photographer and the hiring real estate agent. This is a one time usage license for the agreed upon property only, up to one year and is non-transferable. Photographer  retains rights to images.
Shoots done Friday will be returned by Saturday and shoots done Saturday or Sunday will be returned by Monday close of day.
PLEASE…
Open curtains and turn blinds horizontally.
Turn all lights on including table lamps and house switches and turn all ceiling fans off.
Clean house especially mirrors.
Hide cords and cables as much as possible.
Remove pet toys, beds and food/ water bowls from view.
Turn off all tv’s and computers. Put remote controls away.
Remove from view all soaps, sponges, shampoos, personal hygiene items etc. from kitchen and bathrooms.
Remove refrigerator magnets and papers from view.
Remove all trash cans from view as well.
Put toilet lid down.
Remove outside items such as hoses, pool/ children toys and yard equipment from view.
Please turn on pool, front yard and back yard landscape lights for twilight shoot.
Photo shoots are time critical. Please make sure all homeworkers are finished prior to the photo shoot. If not we may need to return at a different time of an additional expense.
